Q: Do you sell parts for engine driven portable air compressors too?
A: No, at this time we only handle electric motor driven stationary compressors.
Q: What is your exclusive 400 day warranty?
A: We are so confident in our parts that we cover them with an industry leading, 400 day warranty. Please refer to IAP Warranty for specific details.
Q: What brands do you carry parts for?
A: We handle replacement air compressor parts for every major air compressor manufacturer such as Atlas Copco, Gardner Denver, Ingersoll Rand, Joy, Kaeser, Palatek, Quincy, SULLAIR®, Worthington and many more. If you don’t see your brand listed, just give us a call and we’ll try to help locate your part.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: You have 30 days to return an item for refund. Electrical parts are not returnable. Parts that require special order from the manufacturer may be subject to a restocking fee. In some cases special order parts are not returnable. All return freight to be paid by the customer.
To request an RMA online, log into your account and click “view details” next to your order. Once you locate your order details, click “Create RMA” to fill out the return form online. You can also contact us for a return number & any additional details.
Q: How do I check the status of my order?

Q: How do you determine freight charges?
A: For small packages, we ship UPS ground unless you specify a preferred carrier. We will prepay and add the UPS charges directly to your invoice. We can also ship freight collect if you provide us with your carriers account number.
For truck shipments we can ship via any carrier you prefer, or we can choose the most economical way.
Q: Do you offer quantity discounts?
A: Our prices are already discounted to the lowest possible level regardless of quantity, but if you have an unusual request for a high quantity of parts we’d be happy to discuss it with you.
Q: What is your shipping policy?
A: We ship all stock parts the same day the order is placed. Non-stock parts normally carry a 3 day lead time.
Q: How can your prices be so much lower than my local OEM dealer?
A: The OEM’s purchase their parts from various manufacturing companies. Then the OEM’s sell these parts to their local dealers, which in turn sell these parts to the end user. By the time the end user gets their parts, the cost has been marked up 3 times. Industrial Air Power purchases direct from the same manufacturing companies and supplies the parts direct to the end user. There is no middleman involved so we can keep our pricing at the lowest possible level while still providing the highest quality parts.
Q: Do you sell complete air compressor systems?
A: Yes we supply complete air systems. Contact us with your requirements and we will be happy to put a quote together for you.
Q: How can I determine how many cfm my compressor puts out?
A: Contact us with your machine info and we can tell you the exact amount, but a rough rule of thumb is 4-5 cfm per horsepower if operating at 100 psi.
